The Mexican Subway

A friend and I went to Qdoba Mexican Grill today for lunch. It's new to our metropolis, and I've been wanting to check it out. My husband described it as a "Mexican Subway" where they make your burrito or quesidilla in an assembly line in front of you. And he was right on. The food was pretty good. I stuck with my traditional chicken quesadilla, and though it was slightly more than what I'm used to paying for lunch, (wait, I usually have mac-n-cheese or the deluxe PB&J!) it met my high quesadilla standards. The decor was nice too....modern retro like a Panera Bread. All in all a good eat.
